Return2Target ("we," "us," or "our") is a product of CAP Creative Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Return2Target at return2target.com. By using our service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and password (stored as a secure hash).

Event and submission data: We store the events you create and the anonymous feedback submissions collected through your share links. Submissions are anonymous by design — we do not collect names, emails, or any identifying information from feedback participants unless they voluntarily provide it in a free-text field.

Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or banking details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Usage data: We may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to maintain and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Return2Target service
• To generate after action reports using your event submissions
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To respond to support requests sent to capcreativesolutions@gmail.com
• To improve the product based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Return2Target:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting (data stored in the United States)
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Anthropic Claude — AI-assisted report generation. Event submissions are sent to Anthropic's API to generate after action reports. Anthropic's API terms prohibit training on your data by default.
• Vercel — application hosting (data processed in the United States)

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and event records for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual events at any time from within the application. To request full account deletion, contact us at capcreativesolutions@gmail.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.

5. Cookies

Return2Target uses cookies solely to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required under our current usage.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at capcreativesolutions@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Return2Target is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email. Continued use of Return2Target after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
